Below is a good example of our present evening menu. A good deal of our menu decision making especially when it comes to fish depends on what is available from our sources on the day. Much of the fish that we choose to work with are rarely seen on menues these days. We have recently created some great dishes with Conger Eel, Sand Sole, Flounder and even Dog Fish. To Start…
French onion soup, croutons and melted Gruyere cheese £6.00
Poached salmon and skate terrine, wrapped in smoked salmon, turemric sauce £7.50
Pig trotter, foie gras and wild mushroom terrine, toasted brioche, chutney £7.50
