SOUS-CHEF:
Experienced and capable individual required to replace our current Sous who is leaving after 8 years – working in our busy kitchen under head chef Jean-Philippe Bidart.

Must have experience in a fine dining kitchen, and in particular with fish. Butchery skills would be an ideal attribute. Needs to hit the ground running.

Excellent package of between £22-28k plus pension, bonus.
Full-time role, but seasonal would be considered.
45+ hrs per week. 2 days off. Weekend work essential


BBQ-CHEF:
The Millbrook BBQ is not your usual grill, but feeds up to 200 people a day in our outside kitchen with a wide variety of foods. Chef able to design and implement a menu of meat, fish and paella.

Slightly unusual work patterns required since our BBQ is tied to the high tide, when The Millbrook is busy with holiday makers and locals.


FRONT OF HOUSE:
Experienced front of house staff needed for seasonal work – April to September. Students welcome during holiday periods.

Waiters, barman, cocktails.
45+ hrs per week.
Competitive wage and excellent tips.


DRIVER:
The Millbrook Land Rover Defender will be doing runs back and forth between Portlemouth Ferry Steps and South Pool to shuttle customers to the pub.

Over 25 only, clean license required.
Must be friendly and personable.
